*Before Cooking With Your New Set Of Titanware™ Cookware*
Please Read Through Complete Instructions

We know you will enjoy your TitanWare™ for many years to come,
however, should you have any questions or concerns, please call our

First Time Use

Remove all labels. Wash TitanWare™ nonstick cookware carefully by hand.

•    To achieve optimum results and preserve the quality of the nonstick cooking surface, TitanWare™ should be “seasoned”--

To season your TitanWare™ cookware: Place a small amount of vegetable/olive oil on a paper towel. Rub it into the surface of each pan. Place each pan on the stove top for 1-2 minutes, on low heat, so the oil is absorbed into the surface. Repeat once a month for normal use, more frequently if cookware is cleaned in dishwasher.

Range Top Cooking
TitanWare™ nonstick cookware may be used on all types of stove top cooking surfaces. Since the cookware distributes heat evenly, only low to medium heat is required. For browning and searing, preheat the pan on medium heat for only 1 to 2 to minutes. Medium to medium high heat is appropriate for frying, sautéing or stir-frying.

Important Safety Instructions
•    Never let a pan boil dry on a stove as it can severely damage the cooking surface. A pan that is boiled dry could be dangerous. If a pan should accidentally boil dry, turn off the heat, but do not pick up the pan until it has cooled.

•    Never preheat TitanWare™ on high heat.

•    Never leave TitanWare™ unattended on stove top burner.

Oven Cooking

TitanWare™ nonstick cookware can be used in an oven on settings up to 500̊ .The oven should be completely preheated before placing pan inside—remember to remove rubber grips and handles!

Important Safety Instructions
•    Never use TitanWare™ in an open fire; however, it can be used on top of a barbecue grill.

•    Never use TitanWare™ cookware in a microwave oven.

Cooking Utensils

The titanium surface of the pan will withstand sensible use of ordinary metal utensils. Never cut directly in the pan. For best prolonged use, we recommend the use of wooden or plastic utensils in TitanWare™ or any other brand of nonstick cookware.

Cleaning

We recommend washing TitanWare™ cookware in warm soapy water by hand. Dry immediately and stack cookware with care to avoid scratching cooking surface. We recommend placing paper plates or kitchen towels between individual pieces of cookware. TitanWare™ is dishwasher safe, but re-seasoning (see First Time Use instructions above) is suggested after using this cleaning method regularly. Otherwise, it is recommended that you re-season pans monthly.

•    Never use scouring pads or powders (e.g. steel wool, abrasive cleaners) on cooking surface.

•    If a film on the pan surface appears (from minerals in water or food starch), remove with a scrubbing brush or sponge dipped in lemon juice, or use any nonstick pan cleaner available in the supermarket.

Please note

Minor marks and scratches as a result of daily use will not affect the nonstick properties of TitanWare™ cookware. Of course, we recommend handling with care to maintain the outstanding quality and condition of your cookware.
